Scanning

  • We pick-up your files.
  • We scan each page using the latest OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to facilitate search, for example: name, date of service, contract or invoice number.​
  • We then return the originals to you or offer document storage or shredding for added convenience​

Shredding

Drop Off / Pick-Up

  • Please email to make an appointment for shredding pick-ups.
  • Shredding Drop-offs available (without appointments) Tuesdays 9-12 and Thursdays 1-4 only.
  • We accept papers to be shredded in any type of container.
  • The cost is $10 / box with a pickup fee of $25.00 for purges.
  • Staples, paperclips and file folders are accepted. Additional items such as trash, binder clips, elastics and plastic will incur additional sorting fees.

Document
Storage

  • We pick-up your files.
  • Place files in boxes. Banker boxes are preferred but not essential.
  • We sell banker boxes. Boxes which are stacked and aren't full may buckle under the weight of the boxes above damaging your precious memories. Our office has boxes (1.2 cu ft) with a specially designed steel band and attached lid. Call to ask for pricing.
  • We provide barcoded labels to facilitate search and retrieval.
  • We store your files in our state-of-the-art facility.
  • We utilize retention tracking to automate destruction lists. You approve and we shred so you don't pay for storage you do not need.
  • If you need to access your files, we guarantee delivery to fit your timeline.
  • Monthly charges start at $100 + tax.
