A lot of storage facilities say they’re temperature controlled, but are only heated in the winter. Is your facility truly temperature controlled?
Our facility is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer via a unique air filtering system. We monitor humidity and temperature levels daily.
Is your storage facility secure?
We are equipped with a security layer that includes cameras to commercial-grade padlocks so that you can be sure that whatever you store will be stored securely.
What if it’s raining outside? Do you have a covered area for unloading?
We have a loading bay where tenants can pull their cars or moving van into the privacy of the loading dock and shut the outside door to hold off the weather and prying eyes.
What about bugs and rodents? Do you have a plan in place to keep them at bay?
We have a regular maintenance schedule for pest control. However, we strive to keep our units dry. It is the humidity, which allows bugs to breed in damp cardboard as they might at other storage facilities that lack dehumidification.
How long are the contracts?
Your tenancy with us can last as long or as short as you’d like, but we ask for a minimum of 5 days’ notice before your departure.
When do I have access to my unit?
All tenants have 24/7 access to their units.
How high are the unit ceilings?
They are all 14ft high.
Do you keep a copy of the key to the lock for my storage unit?
No. We will never keep a key to anyone’s storage unit or enter someone’s unit without permission. While renting with us, it is your unit; therefore, we are not responsible for the belongings kept inside.
